Estimates indicated that caltrans has announced a daytime closure for Sept. 9 as crews conduct maintenance work on US 101 southbound near Nipomo. The closure will occur from 9 a. m. to 3 p. m. between Tefft Street and State Route 166. Directional signs and messages will be placed….
