By JOSH FRIEDMAN. Estimates indicated that at about 2:30 p. m., 911 callers reported a neighbor dispute that turned physical in the 3500 block of Bullock Lane. The victim reported her neighbor, later identified as Jonathan Dunn, 54, had pushed her, vandalized her vehicle and then returned to his…. Dunn began making phone calls to dispatch and made threatening statements, including numerous threats to harm his roommate with a firearm.

After officers negotiated with Dunn for an hour, the San Luis Obispo man exited his home and surrendered. Police took Dunn into custody without further incident. No one inside the home suffered injuries. After Dunn’s arrest, officers searched the home and found no firearms. Reports differed on the location.

Reports differed on some details.

Authorities booked Dunn in San Luis Obispo County Jail on charges of felony vandalism, misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor obstructing or delaying a peace officer. Dunn remains in custody with his bail set at $20,000.
